چکیده
The potato is a horticultural commodity with high economic value and consistent selling price. Indonesian production, however, remains lower than that of other Asian countries. One reason for this environmental sustainability has influenced the expansion cultivation on plateau, so medium plains have become an alternative. Aside from high-quality seeds, using plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) Trichoderma sp. as organic fertilizer strategic effort to boost yields plains. focus research was examine how PGPR affect growth potatoes This study carried out in Temanggung Sawangan, Magelang, Jawa Tengah, at altitude 480 m.a.s.l, complete random design four different treatments: P0 = control, Treatment P1 20 ml/10 liter water, P2 40 P3 80 gram/10 P4 150 P5 water + water. found combination treatment resulted better single treatment.

متن کاملPotential of Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria and Chemical Fertilizers on Soil Enzymes and Plant Growth
The present investigation deals with the role of Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria and chemical fertilizers alone or in combination on urease, invertase and phosphatase activities of rhizospheric soil and also on general impact on growth of safflower cvv. Thori and Saif-32. The PGPR (Azospirillum brasilense and Azotobacter vinelandii) were applied at 10cells/mL as seed inoculation prior to s...
متن کاملPlant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria: A Critical Review
Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) are naturally occurring soil bacteria that aggressively colonize plant roots and benefit plants by providing growth promotion. Inoculation of crop plants with certain strains of PGPR at an early stage of development improves biomass production through direct effects on root and shoots growth. Inoculation of ornamentals, forest trees, vegetables, and a...
متن کاملEffect of seed priming with selenium nanoparticles and plant growth promoting rhizobacteria on improving Quinoa seedling growth under salinity stress
Soil and water salinity are the most important problems that limit crop production, especially in the arid and semi-arid regions. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of growth-promoting bacteria and selenium nanoparticle pretreatment on increasing the tolerance of the Chenopodium quinoa plant to salinity. A factorial experiment was conducted in a completely randomized design with...
متن کاملPlant growth promoting Rhizobacteria: An overview
Numerous species of soil bacteria which flourish in the rhizosphere of plants, but which may grow in, on, or around plant tissues, stimulate plant growth by a plethora of mechanisms. These bacteria are collectively known as PGPR (plant growth promoting rhizobacteria).Of the microorganisms that parasitize on nematodes and reduce nematode populations by antagonistic behaviour, bacteria hold an im...
